Took my daughter in to see Dr Michel and must say he did his thing no more pain he has great hands and knew what she needed to be done ????. Special thanks to the ladies at the office for helping us out they are amazing!

I never got to see the dentist because the administrator was so poor at her job. They did not verify insurance b4 I arrived and it turned into a big drama since the woman in charge was unable to find my insurance under my husbands which should have been done prior to the appt. Then they asked that I leave my credit card number with them on file on paper and I declined to do that since I just had problems with one of cards being used for fraudulent purposes. She kept on going on about what if I have a root canal at least 4 times. But I was only there for a consultation. Then the sarcasm began. Please spare me the patronizing behavior. I’m not impressed and find it insulting. I said I’m happy to pay for the visit and offered to reschedule. Then she smirked and said you can leave. It was entirely unnecessary and became about power. For me it was merely about my tooth. I would suggest that these doctors train their staff more thoughtfully and cut the hysterics. This lady was definitely

Dr. Michele is an excellent experienced endodontist and a wonderful gentleman as well. Especially when it comes to dealing with a big frightened baby like myself. There was absolutely no pain at all. I was afraid of fear itself.
