I would highly recommend this practice!! Such a great experience! I was experiencing a lot of pain and his office was very understanding and assisted me with making an appointment soon. I was extremely nervous about getting my first root canal, but Dr. Jin was so great, he made me feel so comfortable throughout this whole experience. He numbed me up so well that I didn't feel much afterwards. Also, his staff was super friendly and welcoming also the office was so clean.

I received two root canals at this practice Studies show that black people are systemically undertreated for pain due to racial biases and my recent visit felt like a prime example. Though the endodontist was kind, he was extremely dismissive of my symptoms and offered no real solutions or treatment plan. The only option was to ‘wait it out’. The reasoning was that he did not see anything that could be causing me pain so there was nothing he needed to do (though I have had throbbing spurts of pain for over 2 months).I’m fortunate to know when/how to advocate for myself so I immediately got a new referral for another endodontist that was able to provide me with quality care and a treatment plan that manages my pain. Additionally, nearly time I’ve spoken to the women at the front desk (via phone and in-person) I’ve always been met with horrible attitudes.

Dr. Jin did a fantastic job. Efficient, friendly, very patient and thorough. Front desk could be a little friendlier but overall super pleased to have been referred here.
