Remembering a root canal from many years back I was not looking forward to my appointment with Dr. Drake. Could not have been more surprised. The staff was courteous and the Dr. kept me informed of what was happening and why during the procedure. He used the latest methods and equipment. I would compare this root canal to a routine cavity repair. I highly recommend Endodontic Associates.

Melody was annoyed to take my call. Annoyed by the questions i asked about insurance. Her only concerned was to let me know how much I needed bring for the procedure and asked if I wanted to keep the appointment. Extremely rude, and unprofessional. I called back to speak with the office manager. Well, she’s the office manager and has no concern for feedback as I explained how I felt in the call. Her concern was to justify her way of communicating. No openness to listed to feedback. Needless to say, I did not keep the appointment.

The staff was awesome, the front desk allowed me to pay in advance, which saved me from having to carry my wallet with me. They had music playing while they did my root cannel, which helped with the noise of the drill. Dr. Drake was awesome and made sure I understood why I was there. The only complaint is the inside of the building looks shabby like they are doing some remodeling, and I got confused on which door was there when I first got there, but that isn't on them but the building itself. Overall would highly recommend going to them!
