If I could give 5 stars to the medical staff and 1 to the front office, I would! So thankful for the services and professionalism of the medical staff and both dentists. They did an awesome Job. I wish I could say the same of the front desk staff; especially Karen. They couldn't verify my coverage when I initially came in and whether I paid my deductible already. When my EOB came, realized they needed to send me $389 back. When I called, I was told I would get a check for $384. I questioned why and was told I wasn't billed the full price of an x-ray and that would be the difference. However, they are in-network and obligated to take the contracted rates agreed to. Plus, they did bill my insurance company for the x-ray and they were paid 100% of the negotiated rate. Now, I know this is only $5, but she tried to explain to me that they were charging that because my insurance company didn't pay the entire amount. Yes, that's what happens when you're in-network. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Dr. Peinado is fantastic and excellent at her job. I left after having a root canal and felt so much better. The rhythm she had with her assistant during the procedure was almost magical to watch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs dental procedures.

Dr. Peinado was amazing and incredibly accommodating for an emergency root canal re-treatment. The staff was also wonderful.
