Endodontics of The Hudson Valley

Dr Magdelena Goralczyk is the absolute best! I have had so much dental work done throughout my life that has caused major anxiety, but she and her staff are wonderful and keep me calm, and she does amazing work. I am so grateful to have found her and I can’t praise her enough!

I was referred to Endodontics of The Hudson Valley by my dentist. I needed to get a root canal done on one of my molars. I arrived for my appointment and within 30 seconds of Dr. Magdalena Goralczyk entering the room, she let me know she would not be doing the procedure on my molar and that it would have to be extracted elsewhere but told me we should do the root canal on another molar instead. I was not prepared financially to cover both an extraction and the root canal, so I asked if I could please have some time to figure out what to do. Magdalena spoke down to me and was extremely unprofessional during our very brief interaction, and once I asked for some time, she suggested I leave and reschedule. I left my appointment in pain, feeling rushed and, quite frankly, pushed out the door. Over a month later, I called to reschedule my appointment to get my root canal done on the tooth Magdalena had suggested I get a root canal on. I was told Magdalena flagged me in their system and said
