The front desk receptionist was the best! She was patient and sweet. And all the staff was very accommodating. My son has an extraction and everything went perfectly! Will be back!
This is the 2nd time that I've been to Dr. Saunders and both times actually went very well. The staff is so polite and helpful. They worked with me on the billing and it was greatly appreciated! And I think a lot of people are scared of getting a root canal and they think it's very painful. But I can truly say, I don't think I had Any pain either time! I don't even think I felt the shots! If you Have to Have a root canal, Dr. Saunders is your man and Essential Endodontics is your place!
Each person I encountered, from my phone consultation to my office visit, was wonderfully kind. Dr. Saunders is very pleasant and patient with explaining everything on my images. Great experience!!!!
