I've been going to see Dr. Platt and his team for decades and have always had great experiences without exception. I see some changes with the staff now but the quality of care and professionalism remains.
Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Their staff is so nice and understanding. If you’re nervous they completely understand, and they are always looking out for you whether it be checking your insurance or cleaning your teeth. If I could give them 100 stars I would but for now I’ll just send all my friends and family their way!
This was my first visit and I was impressed with Dr. Chu. He was very personable and professional. His assistant, Vanessa, was kind, efficient, and helpful. The front office was wonderful to work with.
