Evolution Dental Care

Tooth was killing me. I called this morning and had an appointment an hour later. Got me on some meds and I already feel better. A lot of places make you wait 3 months for a appointment, but they helped me out. Just had the tooth removed and you guys are magicians, didn't even feel it.

Doctor who owns the clinic is extremely disrespectful, condescending, unprofessional, lacks the ability to provide clear communication on costs, expectations, and lacks the ability to take responsibility in not scheduling annual routine care visits. Appears racist with what families are allowed in rooms with minor children. Repeatedly told it was not allowed until pointing out another family was currently in a room with a minor, then allowed. Shows no connection when speaking to a patient that you would leave them staring at a wall while behind them in discussing concerns before the appointment begins or after. I returned to speak with the doctor about my concerns. He was unavailable. Instead of calling me to address my concerns he called to personally cancel my son’s next visit asking us to no longer return when I personally was not rude toward him ensuring to maintain my professionalism in interaction with him.

Murtaza Sajan did a wonderful job on my mouth, she took the time I needed to get them right and I thank her so much for that. The receptionist is the greatest when I had to come in because things was not right she wasted no time getting me in and I would love to thank her as well. It’s a great experience if you need dental work done. They take all insurances.
