Excel Dental is amazing! All of the staff from Deepti and Gladis greeting you from the front desk to the outstanding doctors and assistants, everyone is well equipped and knowledgeable. I had many questions going into my appointments but everyone calmly handled each situation appropriately and professionally. I have zero complaints about my experience and would recommend this place for family, friends, and anyone needing a great team to rely on.

Gladys and Dee are the WORST PEOPLE EVER AND DO NOT TAKE INTO PATIENT CARE OR KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE. IF YOU WORK IN HEALTH CARE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND YOUR DEMEANOR ARE THE FACE OF THE OFFICE IM APPALLED AT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE RECIEVED . I would assume based off the location they would have state of the art care unfortunately Gladys and dee confirmed their service and Patient care is horrible.

Excel Dental rocks, I could not be more pleased! I recently moved back to SoCal & when one of my veneers popped off & I lost it I started to panic because I didn't have 'my dentist'. I found Excel online & gave them a call. From the start Dee, who runs the Mission Viejo office, took excellent care. She asked the right questions and got me in immediately. Dee along with Dr. Lapsi & Dr. Zafrania went out of their way to explain all of the options I had. They fixed my veneer in no time flat, I can smile again without feeling self conscious. They were professional, knowledge and cool to be around. I highly recommend Excel for all of your dental needs. They made going to the dentist as painless as it could be. Thank you Excel!
