Eye Street Dental Center

So I have to admit that I’m one of the worst patients to be in a dental office ... I analyze if the room is clean, expect decent wait time, and honest treatment plans. I can truly say that I was very impressed with the service that was provided today. The entire staff was very professional and inviting as soon as I entered the office. I couldn’t have for asked for a better dentist to do my 3 fillings. Make sure you check Dr.Niyi out if you’re in the DC area.

Had an appt here for 8/24 @2pm. When I booked it I wrote all the information down. A lady with a thick Spanish accent called me a day before and said 1:30pm. Which is confusing because they gave me 2pm and I already called transportation and everything. She was persistent with telling me I was wrong. My son loves his iPad and is always recording me, I found a video of me talking and they said clear as day 2pm. She could have at least asked if I wanted to reschedule since they booked it wrong, but no, she was adamant in telling me no. Sometimes it’s ok to help a patient with their issue, especially when they didn’t start the issue, and since I’m a new patient. 1 star for her. Don’t think I’ll book here again.

This is the best dental office in DC. Has a family feel to it. The customer service by the receptionists is first class. The team of dentists work together and are very warm and friendly. I went in for teeth extractions and contrary to what I have heard about dental visits, I came out with a very positive experience. The dentist checked on me very regularly to make sure I was doing okay. That kind of personal care is not common especially in the city. I highly recommend this dental office.
