I highly recommend Dr. Leonid Patlut DDS for all dental services. As someone who has general dental anxiety, Dr. Patlut put me at so much ease and paid such great, genuine attention to me. The office staff is so friendly, and even sent follow-up texts to see how I was feeling the next day. I've never come across this in a dentist office before, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I did not actually get to see Dr. Patlut, but I can speak to my extremely frustrating experience with the front desk & the appointment system. I called the clinic to make an appointment, a lady asked me to verify on my insurance website that my provider is their clinic, which we confirmed at the time. She then booked me an appointment for me in 2 weeks. At the time of the appointment, I arrived at the clinic, and the lady gave me a printout and told me my name is not on the monthly list of the patients they can see, so they are unable to see me. I showed her my insurance details that my provider is indeed their facility, effective June 1st 2022, which she also saw and confirmed. Regardless, she told me that this is not her problem. I asked her if she could double check anything or refresh the list, or give me any number I could call. She just right out told me no and would not even try to help me. She even asked me if I wanted her to stop everything she is doing now and waste several h
