They provide an excellent service and are overall very professional in the work that they do. I am definitely grateful for being recommended to them and for accepting their exceptional service. I am 17 years old and today I just got my braces off! It has been a little over two years with them on and I am just amazing by how fast it went by. Dr. Fagin is just amazing at his work and does it thoroughly with love and care, along with the other ortho doctors and assistants. They all are very kind and friendly. They even gave me a Cold Stone Creamery gift card in the mail after my first appointment!????All of their colors are always available and they never run out of the color you want or decide to use that day, unlike other orthodontist locations. The new and updated technology they have is pretty luxurious and modern I would say. It was a pretty tough journey and sometimes painful. Dr. Fagin & his amazing staff of Women are literally THE BEST! I made no mistake choosing him as my Orthodontist. From the moment I walked in his Office. Everyone greeted me with smiles. Provided me with undivided attention, never made me feel like I was a bother & always expected me when I arrived. The sweet ladies upfront rocked my daughter to sleep on my first appointment while I was getting my braces put on. This was the first impression of them. So humble and family oriented. I just got my braces removed 9/5/23 and legit cried when I looked in the mirror. I was so overjoyed and emotional when I looked at myself. I can go on. I will chose Dr Fagin 100x over & I refer all my friends and family to him. He is hands down the best & such a PERFECTIONIST!
