Family Dental - Greenville

So I have to change my review from last fall. Terrible office now! There used to be 5-6 drs in this office and everything was great. Had an emergency last week for an infected tooth and this office was a complete let down. ALL OF THE DRS have left this office!!! (They told me that at my appointment) The front staff isn’t very friendly any more and could care less. The answering service is a National line so this office never has access to messages , can’t hears voicemails and can’t return them so don’t bother leaving one. There is no after hours emergency number like majority of all the other offices in Greenville(but they won’t see you if your not already a patient) and have no weekend hours any more (even though it’s still on their website) and the ONLY dentist there currently is nice but is only there temporarily. Office manager didn’t seem to care either when I explained that I was left to go to the emergency room for my tooth twice since this office never returned calls, couldnt g

Terrible service. Having to wait almost 2 hours is absolutely ridiculous. The young male dentist they have there is an absolute jerk and told me he didnt have time to do my filling - which is why i scheduled the appointment in the first place. It's sad these are the kind of places medicaid users are stuck with. 10/10 do not recommend! I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

All the staff were very kind. As soon as I arrived, the lady immediately said "Hey Brittany. Welcome" for my first visit there. The dentist was very helpful with my broke tooth. I will be back.
