The people here are very friendly and professional. The lady who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job. Dr Josh is probably one of the best dentist I have ever seen.

I received funding from a state program for dental work in combination with my insurance and they clearly communicated multiple times that I am not supposed to be charged for the initial X-ray and exam yet to my insurance was still charged when I called multiple times to try to rectify the situation they blamed me and had an extremely unprofessional and rude and condescending attitude on the phone by continually interrupting and talking over me while I was trying to explain what had happened. The charges on my insurance seem fraudulent so I am reporting them. They also lied to my state program counselor about me refusing to pay an appointment fee so that they could deny my service and not have to pay the state approved pricing that they typically inflate. I genuinely feel that I was misinformed whether it was intentional or not and because of this I have suffered the financial damage of losing some of my insurance money that could be used for dental work at a real professional dental o

I love working with all of the individuals at Family Legacy Dental for myself and my kids. They are nothing but kind, knowledgeable, caring, and down to earth people!
