I preface by saying that I’m an adult in my 30s and so this is the second time I have braces due to an awful experience with a dentist I had when I was 12 with a different business and just pure luck overall with how my permanent teeth came in. From the consultation and throughout - everyone that I worked with was professional, very communicative and overall empathetic to my hesitation and overall anxiety for this process. It wasn’t just braces but obtaining an implant so I had to work with a team of doctors. Any time I had questions about the process or next steps everyone was very helpful and kind. I just got my braces off today, working on a retainer and I’m overall happy I made the decision to come here.

I love all the doctors and staff at this office. This place goes above and beyond to make you kid comfortable and happy. My nine year old had a pallet expander put in his mouth the other day and was having a good deal of trouble swallowing his food. He was concerned about choking and hadn't eaten anything for hours. I brought him back to the office where the orthodontic assistant and one of the managers calmed him down and quelled his fears within minutes. The manager actually went across the street, bought him a strawberry smoothie and had him try swallowing it in front of her. It worked like a charm ! He was no longer afraid and is now adjusting well. These people are THE best !
