I spent my summer shadowing Dr. Rouse and I’ll say I couldn’t have picked a better dentist to shadow. Dr. Rouse was absolutely amazing to learn from and took pride in helping every single one of his patients. He truly wants the best for all his patients, and his fun and positive attitude makes going to the dentist a breeze (I know because he’s also my dentist). If anyone is looking for a dentist Flatrock Family Dentistry is the place to go.

My daughter was suffering with pain and told she needed a root canal by her dentist (not Flat Rock Family). No one would do the procedure or fit her in. Flat Rock fit her in immediately and treated us so kindly. Dr. Khan even saw that an expensive root canal was not even necessary when her other dentist said she had to which seriously delayed her getting treatment due to insurance and finding a specialist issues. Flat Rock Family made sure my daughter had the best care and eased not just her anxiety but mine as well. Thanks so much.

As a new patient here I had a hard time navigating on my own what was covered by my insurance. I can not say enough how great Kim was in helping me figure everything out. She went above and beyond through the entire process of getting me an appointment, VERY QUICK, and just making my experience the best I've had at a dental office. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a dentist who obviously cares alot and employs staff who care just as much about making your experience as simple and pleasant as possible.
