The employees are very kind, especially the receptionist. This review does not reflect their work or professionalism. The Dr., however is awful. He has his appointments so overbooked that EVERY SINGLE time I go there, it’s a two hour wait. After you wait for an hour or more he rushes through the consult and the work that he actually does on the patient. If your child’s bracket falls off, he doesn’t replace it and if he does, he waits months to do so. If you have questions as a parent, he acts like you’re an Inconvenience. Now, I’ve paid him in full and he doesn’t want to fix 2 brackets that have been broken off for months. That should’ve been addressed months ago. He just wants me to sign another contract and pay more money. Absolutely not, he didn’t finish the first job I paid for. DO NOT go here! Save yourself the time and frustration. Dr. Chin is focused on quantity vs quality. Pitiful orthodontic work.

I would like to recommend Dr. Leo to the community of Tampa for orthodontist service. My daughter has been his patient for more than two years and his service has been excellent since day one. He knows what he is doing and customer service in Tampa office is great.

Very disappointed with this establishment. My sister has been going here for almost 2 years due to having to get braces. The staff is rude, her teeth haven’t improved much, there have been several instances where brackets have come out of place or some other issue with the braces or retainers. Just this morning they scheduled her for an 8am appt and we showed up at 7:50am,yet they didn’t open their doors until almost 8:15am. When I asked the staff if they’re supposed to open at 8am, all I got was a “yep”. Very unprofessional. Do yourself or your child the favor and find better quality and care somewhere else!
