Went in as a driver for my friend who was getting all four wisdom teeth removed. She received no call the day prior with information regarding no food or drinks. 1. We went into the appointment assuming full anesthesia for the surgery, given that they gave no option for being awake or fully under. 2. The doctor did not make her feel comfortable during the whole procedure even when she was crying and shaking so much that the nurse noticed and made a comment to the doctor and he completely dismissed it as a side effect of the laughing gas. 3. She made it clear that she could feel the pain and the doctor pushed her hand away and kept going with the procedure without giving her a second to calm down or giving her more numbing as well as not taking her through the steps of the removal process. 4. They did not make it clear that complete anesthesia is a different procedure at the time of scheduling and instead rushed the appointment and the nurse had no clue what the pills were that she was

Absolutely terrible front desk staff and experience. It was obvious people were treated differently depending on the favor of one older lady, at the front desk. If she didn't like you, the text and phone communication was rude and nothing close to good patient care. The front desk people couldn't even bother saying hello when I came into the visits. During the lockdowns, I asked ahead of time if I could wait inside after I arrived as I didn't drive and there was to be a big snow storm, she told me she would see. I felt really offended and decided to just go to Walmart and walk around so I didn't have to beg to stand inside during the storm. I had so much anxiety every time I came in, and my unease was validated nearly every interaction. The dentist is already stressful and hard for some people, help ease people and try to make your patients feel comfortable.

I've been going to Dr. Draper for roughly 12 years now, for all kinds of dental work. She's absolutely amazing; I'd never go anywhere else. She's gentle and does gorgeous work painlessly. She's done everything for me from smoothing off stains, to filling cavities, to porcelain veneers. She's also helped me find cost-effective options, when I needed them. I'd be lost without you! (Also, front desk staff and hygienists are very kind and professional as well.) Thank you for all you do!
