I went in for a root canal service and it was an over all great experience. Dr. Mulligan and his dental assistant Ollie were so knowledgeable. Ollie was amazing, and her work is fantastic !!! Everything was explained thoroughly and they made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Thank you Forest Park Dental ????

As we are aware, good or bad customer service can make or break any business. Many years ago, I was honored to teach a few classes on," Customer Service," while working at a prestigious Fortune 500 Company. On Wednesday, February 7, I visited Forest Park Dental for an evaluation, etc. The receptionist was kind and so was the the young lady in the Financial Department. But the one who stood out the most was the dental hygienist. I believe that her name was Kat. She provided me with good information re my situation; without reprimanding, being curt, nor being demeaning. Unlike others, she is a people person who enjoys her job and radiates positive energy. She was warm, personable, and professional. She, without a doubt, would be one of the reasons for me to patronize the facility for my Dental needs. Please promote her and bring her to honor!
