I found myself needing a root canal at 38 weeks pregnant- not the ideal time! However, I could not have had a better experience at Fountain City Endodontics. Dr. Pettit and his assistant Kristin were absolutely incredible. They were so kind and attentive during the whole procedure; explaining everything, making sure I was comfortable, etc. They also set realistic expectations for any discomfort and what to expect after the root canal, but I was pleasantly surprised that I never had any pain at all! I cannot recommend this office enough.
I visited Fountain City Endodontics to have a root canal done. I was told from others that having a root canal done was the worst. Well I’m glad I didn't get a worst experience. I honestly felt like I was getting a cavity. The staff was so nice, The doctor was very informative. I would recommend this place to anyone needing services done. Thank you for taking good care of me on my visit.
Dr. Crossen did a great job. This was my first root canal and I was nervous. He and Mandy made me feel at ease and kept me updated all through the procedure. I really appreciated it.
