The entire staff at Fox Dental made me feel comfortable and at home immediately. At least as at home as you can feel at the dentist office. They were friendly and very thoughtful and right on time. Dr. Ngo was very pleasant and helped me understand my dental needs. I appreciated her patience.

I have to say this was THE most pleasant experience at a dentist I have ever had. The staff were all very friendly, the office clean and comfortable. I had a cleaning done as well as several fillings. When it came time for numbing, I was dreading it. The woman who did the novacaine was amazing. She was very kind, very gentle, and I cannot say enough good about her skills with the needle. It really put me at ease. Then, as my fillings were being done, we hit a spot that was still a tiny bit sensitive. Immediately, everything stopped and I was made comfortable before we proceeded. Dr. Ngo was professional but still personable, and again, the staff were great. I was asked many times if I was okay, they always checked in to make sure I was at ease.
