Expect to be here 2+ hours for just a regular cleaning. My husband and I have been coming here for a few years and the wait time is always the same. I thought that by scheduling my appointment during weekday would make a difference, but I was wrong. Once you’re placed in a room, you are forgotten. I DO NOT recommend this place, and as much as we wanted to continue coming here because of the commute convenience we have decided to look elsewhere. We have recommended family and friends, and they’ve all have complained about the wait times.
Had a great first experience at this dental office. Friendly staff, reasonable wait time and the Hygienist was knowledgeable and her assistant Maria did great work together I felt no pain! Definitely recommend.
My experience today was definitely wonderful. Dr. Lam is truly professionally amazing! Always, made me feel comfortable under his care for my procedure getting worked on. Highly recommend. I’ve taken my kids there as well and very pleased and cared for..
