Of course no one wants a root canal or major dental work done but being that I am 6 months pregnant, at home with a toddler, and I was in awful, throbbing pain for several days, painful enough to bring me to tears, I was so grateful to get a consult and procedure done here, on the same day I called. There are so many people in the world without access to medical/dental care or pain relief, or even anesthetics. With that mindset, this root canal was like a vacation. I got to lay down for an hour and 20 minutes and I didn't feel any pain. I was sore for only 3 days after. I feel so much better, and completely recovered now, on day 5. I didn't even take any pain meds the day of or anytime after the procedure. I think Dr. Henderson did an amazing job! He was incredibly kind, professional, calming, kept me informed throughout the process, and willing to answer all my questions.

I'm sure they are fine, but their billiing practice is TERRIBLE. I should have checked with my own insurance I have never had an issue with in 20 plus years (Delta Dental) but they confirmed all was good then sent me a bill. It's not even worth having anymore round about in circle conversations. They should have adjusted it to at least the insurance rate. Anyway, they are probably good at what they do, but just double check yourself on the billing. They lost a patient and I would never refer them to anyone because of the silly way of handling it over $104..not worth my time to pursue, but the point bothers me. (there was a crossover in billing between my dentist and them so they thought it was clear but they should know if they get a referral same day that could happen and not to give with all certainty that it was connfirmed covered) for what they did that my dentist already did. Just be careful and check yourself. Good customer service and keeping a patient would have been

I had a root canal done today by Dr. Royle and wow! It was such a pain free and comfortable experience! Such a nice man! I even fell asleep while getting it done that’s how comfortable I felt!
