Dr. Furia’s main receptionist Klearly is phenomenal!! For all of my appointments she is very welcoming and polite. She is awesome at what she does and on top of it. She try’s as best as she can to get you in for an appointment, with Dr. Furia still being one of the very few to still take state insurance his schedule is tight. For my appointment this morning I was waiting in the waiting room and she had 2 very ignorant patients in a row, both for different reasons that Klearly has no control over, raising their voices, getting very rude and loud, Klearly remained polite and professional with them and tried to resolve their issues. When resolved the two people still left rudely and Klearly still wished them a great day! You can not get great service at many places any more but you can here. (Klearly thank you for all you do!)

I called and thought this dental office might be an oral surgeon office. They were not, but the AMAZING customer service that was provided was so reassuring. The very nice woman that took my call provided me with recommendations to oral surgeons. I mentioned one that I was actually referred to (but was afraid to book) and she reassured me that he was great. She have me the confidence to go ahead and book. Thank you!

Dr. Mike is an amazing dentist, competent caring and funny! His hygienists are all so friendly and professional. Klearly always greets us with her warmth and humor, and makes sure we get to where we need to be. She also makes sure we have our next appointments lined up. We always leave happy and feeling cared for. Thank you, Dr. Mike!!
