Going to this dentist is comparable to taking your car to a car mechanic. With this office expect to be over charged on every service and to have your time absolutely wasted. I came in not once but twice with my 2 babies and they tried to push my appointment to another day. For me to even get into the dentist I had to move mountains. I had to take off and my husband had to take off. I kept sitting in the waiting room for hours waiting to be seen. Each time they pushed back my appointment to another day. And they wanted to charge me an arm and leg for some outrageous cleaning broken up into multiple visits. UNBELIEVABLE. Do yourself a favor. Go to another provider.

I used to go there when lived in OC; Dr. Botros is a talented dentist and the team is professional and friendly. And the office decor looks great. I went because the crown I got ther 5 years ago broke. I was disappointed with the service because I was not given the time or enough explanation. On top of that the price was very high compared to other dentist' quote.

The dentist were good for the most part. I was not happy about the front desk constantly pressuring patients to make future appointments, it's a guarantee way of profits. Ask if they want to make an appointment but please don't pressure or force them. If that happens again, I will be upset and rude about it because I don't like being forced nor pressured into appointments, I'll make one if I want to or I can tell you no and to kick rocks walk out and not do anything.
