Had a toothache and Shirley up front was such a sweetheart, making sure she got me an appointment ASAP and working around my work schedule. Their new patient paperwork is available to be filled out ahead of time online which I really like because it’s great to get that all out of the way and not have it take up your time with the dentist. And on that note, Dr. Umeda was absolutely superb. Iris who took my X-rays was so patient, sweet and caring. From my X-rays, Dr. Umeda found the culprit of my toothache—a wisdom tooth. Just to make sure I don’t run away and never have the courage to come back (which did cross my mind), they offered to take it out for me right then and there while I’m already in the chair. I knew that if I didn’t get it done right then, I’m going to put it off again and probably prolong my own pain unnecessarily. Dr. Umeda and Iris were so patient and encouraging during the anesthesia. The first time we visited Dr. Umeda was for an extraction. The experience was beyond amazing!! Dr. Umeda removed the tooth so easily. It was like slicing through butter. Smooth and painless. Dr. Umeda is very knowledgeable and he shares this with his clients. He sets a comfortable environment and you never feel rushed, which is very good. Everyone in the office are very warm and helpful. My daughter's and I truly enjoy going there, it's truly a pleasure. I highly recommend Dr. Umeda and his staff members to anyone who desires to establish a welcoming family oriented dentist relationship.
