I’ve been coming to Gateway Dental for over 6 years now and love them!!! Everyone from the receptionist to the Dentists are all super professional and kind. Susie the hygienist is the best!!!
Love this practice. Convenient location, super staff front and back of the office, and should you have this misfortune to need gum surgery, do yourself a favor and book Dr. Wong who is there on Mondays. He is so skilled I actually almost dozed off in the middle of it.
Bad customer services. Billed me incorrectly and I asked to fix it but they said they cannot do it even I talked to the office manager. It took few weeks for them to fix it but later they sent me another bill with incorrect information too. I called and left message asking what they tried to charge me bit did not get any call back. I had to call them back and luckily they picked my call and said there was an error that was it and did not even say sorry or what so ever… I fired them. Period
