What a nice office to walk into for the first time! Even though the treatment area was so big that more than one patient could be in there at the same time, you still felt a sense of privacy because of the unique layout. I cannot believe Dr. Gaynier can do all that he does for you on your initial consult at absolutely no cost to you! The x-rays and other tests that he did were amazingly detailed, and he has a State- of- the- art instrument that takes a 3-D picture of your bite, with no need for any goo. Apparently this allows him to analyze your bite in detail, and each individual tooth at different angles. I was pleasantly surprised when he said that plastic braces would be good enough for me, when I thought I had two years of full metal coming. Maybe it’s time I did do this, especially to ease TMJ pain. The staff is very friendly, and they really seem to like where they are working. That speaks volumes to me, because I was in a healthcare field for 30 years. My first job traumatized

Dr. Gaynier’s expertise and knowledge in orthodontics really shows because after only just a few months, you can see that, our four (4) teenaged children’s teeth are now much straighter and more aligned! Samantha, Edna and all the staff always do their very best to accommodate and meet our children’s orthodontic needs even if it’s at the last moment before closing hour. Great experience everything from consultation to starting our sons braces went super smooth. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Lots of information was provided of how treatment and care were going to be handled. I highly recommend.
