Over an hour and a half our appointment took. And I showed up almost 15 minutes early to the appointment. My appointment was for 4pm and we didn't walk out until almost 5:30! We waited until 4:30 in the waiting room before they even call us back.
Was nervous taking my 4 year old to get his exam but Norma and Dr. Nicole made him feel so comfortable making sure they let him know exactly what was going on and checking in on him between cleaning and caring for his teeth.
I’ve been taking my kiddos at the Valencia location for awhile now and my kids love it and so do I! My daughter used to be terrified but now like todays appointment she wanted to crawl right up on the big girl chair and have them take a look! Dental Assistant Erika and Dr Shabana made my daughter feel comfortable during her whole appointment! Even gave my son who didn’t have an appointment some goodies to take home along with my daughter! Super friendly, clean, and caring this location is!
