Genesis Dental of West Valley

This is a really long review, but I hope it helps others. I associate going to the dentist with pain. I avoid going till I am in pain and usually leave sore. That led to me frantically searching for a new dentist out of desperation and despair. When you dont go the dentist on a regular basis out of fear. You dont know what to expect. Bad past experiences leave you uncomfortable and stressed. I called Genesis Dental because I waited till I was in pain to take care of my teeth. I GOT LUCKY! Not only did Genesis Dental squeeze me in for an emergency dental visit the same day I called. Which then I was sure they would only look at my teeth, and reschedule me for when it was convenient for them. I WAS WRONG! They got me in, checked my teeth. And worked me in to take care of the problem immediately!!! I was already in pain, my heightened emotions boiled over and I cried. Having gone to a few different dental offices throughout my life, from start to finish I really felt relaxed here. Every person I met were amazing, nice and helpful. The view from the room they put me in, being able to look out this massive window overlooking parts of the city were stunning. Obviously making my time spent here even better. Before I knew it, an hour had passed. ???? my nurse lady and I shared a few laughs which from todays day, doesn’t happen a lot so my time was even better and made me want to come back. This place is awesome I needed some emergency work done and I randomly found this place on google search! I am so glad I did too! The girl who helped me get set up at the front desk was so awesome she was so friendly and understanding about my pain and my situation! The dentist was so awesome too he made sure to explain everything and he tried his best to keep me pain free while I had to get a few bad teeth extracted! And Destiny the assistant was so awesome she was very friendly and nonjudgmental about my situation I have been very self conscious about for years! I am very satisfied with my experience today and I am already scheduled to go back to get more care done I’m excited to get my teeth fixed and maybe I’ll be able to smile again with confidence!
