Gentle Dental Brookline

Gentle dental told me my appointment was cancelled after I sat down and did the blood pressure, it was because they didn’t have my Xray on file. It was my 3rd visit, the 2nd visit was cleaning too, why did they do it before but not this time? Why can’t they call me in the morning and let me know the doctor won’t be there? Why can’t they tell me at the front desk but still bring me in for all the preparation? This also happened to my daughter last minute cancelled due to the same thing . Lack of organization I paid one hour meter and end up only use 10 minutes

I have been going to this Gentle Dental for almost 10 years. I have had good experiences with the dental staff and especially with hygienist Yelena. She is so thorough and professional. So glad I can get appointments with her!

I’ve never had a good experience at the dentist until coming here. I had a toothache and came in expecting to have a cavity, but actually ended up needing the tooth pulled since it was cracked through the root. Dr. Li and her team were incredible and really put me at ease even though the extraction was more complicated than expected. She also explained the reasoning for having to pull the tooth and the aftercare instructions and future plans really well. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else again while I’m living in the Boston area and will definitely follow up for less emergent dental care in the future :)
