Every employee here, from the front desk to the dentist, is helpful, patient, and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing because you can tell they get along with each other, have a great working environment, and have a good rapport with patients. I’ve been to some tense dentist offices over the years, and this place is the opposite. Kudos to Dr. Fletcher and the rest of the team!

The staff is phenomenal!!! Jonathan is an angel, Dr. Fletcher is so sweet and attentive, and very efficient. I especially loved Dr. Buddulla; amazing surgeon! He was so kind and patient during my surgery. The dental assistants are the best; a lot of fun to talk to. And so very complimentary, they always compliment my teeth. You can tell they really love their job. And always welcoming to new employees. There like a big family!! Highly recommended!!!

Gentle Dental is good at getting you in on short notice. However, they come across as a money-grab when giving patients a diagnosis. I had never been seen here before and got in due to a filling coming out. Upon getting there, the dentist told me I never brush (I brush daily) and I don’t floss (I floss daily). I have genetically bad teeth so after explaining this to her she was nicer and said she did notice that there were signs of this (not cool). She then told me she couldn’t do a filling because it needed to be a crown instead. She also told me of 4 other teeth needing crowns and one needing a root canal. I told her I didn’t know about this from my dentist (I saw him 3 months ago) and she said he must not have known anything. I was leaving on a cruise that Friday, it was Wednesday, and said she wouldn’t do anything for me, even though I was in pain.
