Been a customer for 10 years. Victoria and Zella are super friendly. Dr. Balle is AWESOME. I referred my mom and she is usually an unhappy patient but loves them like I do.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. I visited twice with my son for the orthodontist with the prospect of getting him braces. The first time, we had to wait an hour after our scheduled appointment before he was seen. The second time, we waited 40 minutes past our appointment and finally got up and left. The receptionist never checked on us and spent the majority of her time on the phone with some friend or family member dealing with personal issues. Please start holding businesses, especially medical-based businesses, accountable for their wasting of your time like this place wasted mine and my son's.
