Dr Seaman is always pleasant and works hard to make sure you know what is needed and how to proceed. They always give you options and explain the pricing. I sometimes do the extras, but sometimes not....they don't pressure you. The front staff is always super pleasant. I always arrive on time for appointments and immediately get seen. I initially started to go here because my insurance had limited options, but I stay because I am always happy with the level of service. We would follow Dr. Seaman anywhere he goes if he ever leaves!

Gentle Dental settled outside of court with me and then had the audacity to bill me an additional $1300 after receiving their “settlement offer” when NO services had been done! They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Do your research and don’t make the same mistake I did. And don’t believe a word Whitney says. ???? *************** October of 2022 I paid Gentle Dental $4300 for two root canals and two crowns. 3 months later (January) my first crown came off with my tooth broken inside of it down to my gum line. I saw a different dentist than the one who did my work and he explained to me how a post was not put into the tooth therefore it could not withstand the weight of the crown. He said there is a 20% chance it cannot be fixed but that I would need to see the original dentist or I would have to pay him as well. Not very friendly. On top of that the last time I got a cleaning.. the dental assistant didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. The cleaning did not feel very thorough (especially considering their prices). I switched offices .
