They do a decent job - and Dr. Poidmore is AMAZING - but on numerous occasions, I’ve spent more than 2 hours at their office for a simple cleaning. It’s not that they’re so thorough that their cleanings take that long; 45+ minutes of that is me sitting in the chair, completely alone with no one doing any work or communicating anything to me. I just don’t feel that they respect their patients’ time whatsoever.
The staff is very nice and gives good advice on how to take better care of my teeth and gums
I had a great cleaning with Amanda and needed some fillings which they were able to do same day for me. The whole entire team here at gentle dental is so awesome! Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
