I've been a patient there for many year. I initially saw Dr Minetola. He is a wonderful Dr. Very talkative, great personality but very professional at the same time. His wife, Dr Ferguson is great as well. She is who I see now. I have had several dental procedures done with her, aside from the routine cleaning with the other staff. And speaking of other staff, there is one person in particular I want to mention. I don't know her name but she is absolutely wonderful. Very courteous, friendly and willing to always help. She is great. I love going there, they always take care of my dental needs and are very accomodating
My Dental assistant Christie was friendly and engaging while cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Ly, is always a pleasure to see and talk with about my dental health. The office staff asked how my visit was and explained about billing and pricing for a procedure I will be needing done. Thanks to everyone.
Let me first start by saying that everybody was extremely nice and professional every visit, and if I hadn’t had such a bad experience, I would continue frequenting this dentist. I initially began visiting for tooth pain as a filling had fallen out about a year prior. They got me in very quickly, the same day even and I was told I needed a root canal, and also about 4 teeth needed to be filled. The first root canal I got really helped me with my nerve pain, but unfortunately resulted in what the dentist described as a “severe chemical burn” that caused me pain for weeks. I continued coming to have the fillings done on my other teeth, and now have had 2 root canals in the teeth that the dentist filled, separately from the original tooth that needed the root canal that have never given me pain previously, actually the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life. I was sent to a root canal specialist where I was told I was experiencing so much pain because my nerve was dying. A few week
