Gentle Dental

Waited 40 mins for a cleaning but was told they didn’t have time to clean my teeth. I specifically scheduled a cleaning. My appointment was rebooked multiple times. I was treated like a new patient even though I have been with Gentle Dental for over 5 years. This place is terrible. This is not the first time they have had incompetent employees. Will never give them my business again. *responding to comment* You have my phone number on record if you wanted to call to hear me repeat what I already said. Side note, I went to a different dentist, didn’t wait 40 mins, got the cleaning I requested. No rescheduling or long wait times. The problem is your office.

I am a nervous dental patient from a long time ago and Dr. Wang at Gentle Dental in Tigard was amazing. Answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable and while not painless, my procedure was fast and efficient. He had gone a long way in easing my anxiety towards dentists. Worst communication ever! Not only they hire people who don’t have any customer service skills, they don’t even speak English very well. Now front desk calls me a few days before my appointment, telling me that they can’t clean my teeth, because they don’t have time for me, and also they need to reschedule me, because I was scheduled wrong. A few days before my appointment!!!! We’ll see about care…
