Gentle Dental Timberland

????????????Dr Michele Martin & everyone I've ever worked with there are awesome. I've had many, many dentists over the years (did I say many?), & Dr Martin is literally one of the best. ????Even when I was having a PTSD meltdown at one of my visits, I was treated so kindly & respectfully. ????I travel 1/2 an hour to go to that location even though there is an office much closer to me. It's truly a wonderful place w/wonderful people. ????????????

Really professional, patient, and nice. Did a great job deep cleaning my teeth and making sure I was comfortable as possible. Constantly asked if I was okay. Everyone was very nice.

I liked the hygienist and the dentist, they both were kind and gentle, but how they run the appointments is very inefficient and is the reason I am not going back. I initially scheduled a check-up and cleaning TOGETHER and when I got there, they began taking the x-ray. It was my first visit, so I knew I needed new x-rays, so I patiently waited and followed all the procedures. It took 2 HOURS to wait, answer some Qs, wait, take x-rays, wait etc... No check up, no cleaning. Just x-rays for 2 hours. The appt went over the time limit, so I had to schedule another to come back. When I went back, they told me that the dr is not in, so I can only do cleaning... With countless reminder emails and texts I received, there was nothing about the dr not in that day. So I did just cleaning, which took 25 mins and then scheduled yet ANOTHER appt for check up only. So my first visit, which should only be 1 visit, became 3 visits back and fourth. I understand stuff happens, but while the office expects
