Never again. These guys put me on same day scheduling for missing three appointments in a row that I didn’t even have scheduled also not for nothing these guys probably shouldn’t use the words “doomed” when making clinical recommendations. Totally out of line and totally ridiculous policies and I would rather pay out of pocket then use State Funded Insurance.

This Gentle Dental seems to go out of their way to employ the most entitled and rude front office workers they can find because every interaction is a bother to them your questions are never welcome and even if you show up on time they will still make comments like you need to show up earlier to give the dentist enough time. They constantly give wrong information and accept no responsibility for it along with erroneous billing that they also will not take responsibility for. They always give a fluoride rinse even though I tell them my insurance doesn't cover it and therefore I don't want it because I'm not paying $50 for .5 oz of a liquid that I'm not even convinced is doing anything. The main dentist seem to be friendly but they have no clue what's going on around them apparently because if you comment to them that there was a billing issue or somebody was rude they say that that's the front staff issue and that they'd be more than happy to take care of it while the dentist completely

Would give 6/5 stars if I could. Great office that really takes the time to explain things to patients so you really understand what’s going on. Care team is awesome and really thoughtful and thorough, and the front desk has been only good to me as well.
