Gentle Dentist - Smile Spa

I had an urgent situation yesterday. When I called Gentle Dentist for help, they came to my rescue and opened a spot for me so I didn't have to spend Easter weekend in pain. Doctor Jirjis called me back within minutes. A real class act! Gentle Dentist has the BEST staff! I couldn't be happier and I've already told my friends and neighbors about their dedication. Thanks friends!!

In the past, I have had issues with one of their dentists cancelling on me last minute (literally less than an hour after already confirming the appointment) multiple times to the point that I was thinking of leaving. Another dentist ended up messing up my teeth worse than when I came in and that was going to be the last straw. Lydia (their office manager) however contacted me and made sure that I was taken care of and assured me that I shouldn't have any more problems. They have new dentists now since I last went and I can see their standards have gone up. If you had issues with them in the past, I would recommend giving them another chance. 4/5: For the office because the issues from the past still leave a bad taste in the mouth. BUT 5/5: For Lydia for taking the initiative to contacting me personally and making sure I was taken care of.

As someone who was embarrassed to come back to the dentist and get back on track after not having an appointment for a very long time, Lydia, Mindy, and Dr. Tremblay made it so comfortable for me. There was no sense of judgement. Lydia helped make my appointment process hassle free, Mindy was my hygienist and was the most caring and understanding, she went out of her way to make me 100% comfortable and accommodated me the entire time, she was very gentle. Dr. Tremblay was very knowledgeable, and very social, which is a nice change from your typical dentist that won't make time to chat with you. Overall, this office deserves 1000/10.
