I've been coming here since September and for the most part everything has been going well. This morning I called to reschedule my appointment and had the displeasure of having Yuman on the phone. She was short and rude in my opinion. Not to mention she hung up the phone on me as I was trying to verify my appointment information. I've seen her be this way to othere clients and it's ridiculous that she's still employed. Maybe some customer service training is needed for her to understand how to speak and deal with us PAYING CUSTOMERS. Customers period!

Vladimir Roche heaven sent!! I appreciated his consumer service. He was very professional very helpful and he made the kids feel so relaxed. Vladimir made our experience a 10 out of 10. It was literally a stress free experience for both of my kids to get braces and the process was super smooth.
