Dentist seems pretty kid friendly only met him once though! My son was supposed to have an out patient surgery back in January and he ended up getting covid so they said they elwood call back in 4-6 weeks to reschedule and never did! I have tried calling and every time I call either noobe answers or the receptionist that does answer is very rude! Not sure why ppl work with the public if they don't like ppl or have no type of personality!! Wish they would find a new receptionist makes the place seem uninviting!!
Excellent dentist!!! We have been going to them for a couple years and it has been nothing short of amazing. You get to go back with your kids. They do all 3 of my kids at the same time AND my kids are NOT afraid of the dentist.
Dr. Gerstenmaier is awesome! The office staff is very rude. I’ve found also from other people that if you are on Medicaid that they schedule you months and months away. However if you have private insurance they will schedule you right away. Insurance discrimination? I don’t know however I’ve witnessed this and was very surprised.
