I had an exceptional experience with this place! My regular dentist sent me for a root canal and I was in a terrible amount of pain. They happened to have a cancellation when I was calling to schedule, so they were able to get me in the next day, as opposed to having to wait over two months! Now, while I’m sure nobody ever gets excited for dental work, I’m one of those people who get really nervous. I’d never been here before and had no idea what to expect, so I was very happy with how nice everyone was, starting with Doris at the front desk! After a short wait, Molly took me to the back and Dr. Nakfoor was joking around with the staff, and even though they were very short staffed, they were laughing and joking too, and nobody was rushing around going crazy which really put me at ease. The root canal itself was, well, a root canal, and not exactly pleasant, but Dawn and Dr. Nakfoor both checked in with me numerous times to make sure I was ok. Once it was over I was taken to the

Dr. Nakfoor & Dawn were amazing. I was pretty anxious about my procedure and they did everything to ensure I was comfortable. They explained the procedure thoroughly before getting started & kept me informed during the procedure every step of the way. I was expecting a bit of pain, but honestly I felt no pain during or even after I was done. I even got a follow up call a few days afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

Was referred by dentist for my daughter's failed root canal. Called several times to make an appointment for this urgent matter left many voice-mails. When I do get through I'm put on hold then after over 10 minutes then I'm hung up on. I can't find any endodontist that takes our insurance. I will have to end up driving way out of my way to have my daughter treated. I'm not one to write reviews but maybe the person in charge of the office reception will train their staff to provide needed services to patients.
