I have never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes for them to call my son back to be seen. They put braces on his teeth and have taken very good care of him. The staff is understanding and very kind!
In and out. Friendly staff. Clean, tidy, organized waiting room and office. The two ladies working the front office are a major reason I rated this location so highly. Very welcoming, informative, nice and made me, a friend and her son feel at ease arriving here for our first visit from out of town. The office isn’t in the best area of Columbus, otherwise I’d give it 5 stars. It’s best to come here earlier in the day, as opposed to later. They take almost any insurance - including Medicaid.
This is the best orthodontics i've ever been to. The staff is very friendly and professional, they work with all schedules, and they are very good at what they do. I definitely recommend Global Smiles Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontist. These people do amazing work!
