Gold Coast Dental - Moreno Valley

Horrible customer service, employees seem confused and wait times are long… as a matter of fact took my daughter to get checked after having 4 wisdom teeth pulled…. She sat there for 45min in the dental chair and ,nobody checked her mouth and she got released with a list of dental work that needs to have done, without even looking in her mouth, or doing X-rays, Do Not Recommend!

I'm discusted of this place. Very unprofessional. I had work done on a tooth that I did NOT consent for I been in pain since then. I’ve been calling in regards to my invoice they are making me pay for something that I did not consent for. I’ve called about 6 times and never got a call back from the supervisor Sandra. Everytime I call employees give me the run around . Today I called and spoke with sandy and she stated the doctor kathleen will only allow them to remove half of my balance i then asked why when I never consented for her to touch that tooth? I been taking pain pills daily . This would have had never happened if the doctor never touched that tooth. Sandy then had me on hold for 45 minutes and hung up the phone. I did not receive a call back so I called back and the office would not answer me. I then called call center and they were able to get a hold of them and sandy stated the call “disconnected “ so unprofessional I still have not got a call back. I need someone higher u

Isabella, the office manager, the Dr. were so professional. They understood how nervous i was and practically held my hand. They explained each process as they continued with my dental treatment. Isabella was very sweet,kind and empathetic. The office manager was so awesome and understanding and the dentist did his thing. All work together really well. Thank you team for making my past nightmares at the dentist office as a child a more pleasurable experience as an adult.
