Went for pain and was told needed a root canal at $700 when my copy is $125. They wouldn't honor my copay even though my insurance confirmed. Went to another dental office and not only didn't need a crown, I had two other cavities that I wasn't told about on my visit. The new dentist told me about the other two cavities and was able to fix all three and my copay was only $125 for all three!
I love Dr. Loh, she got me in and out quickly. Mona is the best, she was quick and funny!! Josh helped get my appointments scheduled. He's very helpful and friendly! ????
Marissa and Minerva were great. Marissa was able to accommodate and set up my reschedule appointment. She even was kind and asked how my experience went. And asked how I was doing. Minerva explained the dental procedure process throughly and was very kind.- patient Brandi Quintero
