GR Family Dental

Dr Gary, Rob the Lab Tech, and the team at GR Family Dental quite literally saved my wedding (and potentially life). I woke up the morning before my wedding with a misplaced “flapper” retainer which meant a missing tooth (see photos). Thank God I found GR Family Dental who was delightful to work with, able to fit me in on a Friday morning, and most importantly able to quickly craft a new flapper and tooth for me. I got so many compliments on my wedding day smile, and most importantly, was not murdered by my beautiful wife.

Worst experience of my life. Scheduled an emergency pain visit for some relief or treatment. Left there with the same pain. He said nothing he could do. Nothing. I wouldn't send my dog to That place. The nurse rushed me out of the door. Feeling was mutual. How could you not try anything. Numb.. the area. Try something. The doctor didn't seem very smart.

Scheduling was easy, I sent an appointment request for a problem focused exam on a Sunday evening and got an email at 7am on Monday morning with an available time. I was able to complete my paperwork at home and email it which made my visit even faster. Dr Peterson was able to not only look at the tooth I was there for but also had time for a full exam and to fix a lost filling. I wasn't able to get my cleaning same day but I wasn't expecting it since I was there for a problem focused exam. I was able to get my husband scheduled within 2 weeks for his new patient exam and got my cleaning scheduled for the following week. I've been in and around the dental field myself for almost 10 years and this was a fantastic visit and a great first experience. I look forward to using GR Family Dental as my family's dentist for a long time.
