My family has been getting dental services from Gradeless dental for 25+ years. The office, billing and scheduling are always professionally handled and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Gradeless is a great guy and excellent Dentist. We’ve always had good outcomes with the procedures that he’s completed. He always takes the time to answer questions and describe what he sees and recommends. You won’t feel rushed. Lynn is hands down the best Dental Hygienist I’ve ever had. She is very thorough, has an amazing knowledge of dental hygiene, has great communications skills and has a soft touch. They have stayed current with Dental technology and are always upgrading equipment and tools. You won’t be disappointed selecting Dental Gradeless.

Hands down the best dentist you will find. The entire experience is always great. When you first walk in everyone is always so polite and cheerful. A year ago I came in to see Dr. Gradeless and it had been a very long time since I had been to the dentist. Needless to say I need quite a bit of work done to get my teeth back in shape. Dr. Gradeless absolutely has delivered on everything he’s said and I couldn’t be happier. Today I brought my self and both of my kids in to see Dr. Gradeless but it was my daughter’s very first trip to the dentist. Her teeth are sensitive and she was so nervous. After she was done she was so excited. She loved it lol. She just keeps smiling and telling everyone to look at her pretty teeth. You will not find not a better dentist and on top of that the entire staff there is just absolutely phenomenal. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

For nearly 25 uninterrupted years, I've consistently been treated with competency, proficiency and genuinely warm caregivers. The clinic staff and office staff are nearly always the same faces. There is virtually no employee turnover - speaks to how the practice as a whole seems to be managed. When leadership is of a high caliber, then employees find work there rewarding. The hygienists are gentle and patient. If I call for some reason, they know who I am before finding me in the database. The 'back desk' work with me for appointments when my schedule is difficult to manage. Dr. Gradeless always gives me as much time as I need while 'in the chair', equally Dr. Gradeless is proactive, for example in suggesting I try a free app on my phone to monitor my sleep and snoring.
