I was afraid of dentist for the longest time until I came to this place! The staff has done a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable and confident in my dental care. I 100% recommend Christine as your dental hygienist and Dr. Patel as your dentist!

I recently visited Grand Dental in Oklahoma City, and I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I paid over $250 over two visits for a cleaning the first time then they decided I needed to pay extra to see an actual dentist (extra), but I didn't get anything out of it. They popped an X-ray on me without notice of pricing as if they had already taken one in the past year. You can at least warn a person. The hygienist was poorly skilled; they should have discovered the cavity I had from a previous X-ray, but they didn't. From what I understand, Grand Dental has had many troublesome reviews in the past, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Furthermore, it is worth investigating any potential settlements.

I went in for a consultation yesterday and had a pretty uncomfortable experience. My hygienist, Arden had been doing the x-rays and going over everything, and when she finished, she was going to do a cleaning. I asked if we could hold off on the cleaning for now and possibly reschedule in the future. She looked me dead in the face and said "Is it finances?" That was very awkward, but I explained that it was not the inability to pay, but that we had plans that evening. However, $124 is quite expensive for a routine cleaning...????
