Grand Dentistry Loop

I have worked in the dental field both clinically and doing administrative work for many years and going to Grand Dentistry’s Loop location was the first time in a long time in which I have had zero issues with any aspect of the experience. Front desk staff is incredibly welcoming and the new patient process is extremely simple and painless. My hygienist Jenny Field is one of the kindest people I have ever met in both her techniques and personality. Not to mention she is very knowledgeable. To top it all off, Dr. Chen ended my appointment quickly and painlessly. She was even nice enough to do a quick procedure for me for something that was bugging me that was mostly cosmetic. I could not recommend this office enough.

Posting this here since they care more about Google updates than their own website: 1 star only for Dr. Patel who was thorough, professional, and friendly. His office staff do not know how to run a “business.” I received notice that my mouth guard was ready for pick up and told that I could walk in to get it. When I arrived, the office was unexpectedly closed. At the time, I checked Google and the office website to verify hours. Both sources showed it was supposed to be open. The security for the building stated that the office had recently started closing every other week on Wednesdays. I tried to call the other location because security said they sometimes walk over to deliver items. No answer. I had driven downtown and paid for parking for this. Still, I was fine calling the next day and asking if my mouth guard could be mailed to me. They said it was a $15 charge. Fine…Until now when it has been over 1 week since I’ve paid for shipping and they still have not mailed out my guard. W

Great clinic to visit. Work is always thorough, puts clients’ satisfaction at their forefront, and minor issues get resolved promptly. Would recommend to others.
